Hagler Systems services dredging and mining customers. We package and design equipment to pump sand, gravel and rock. We represent a slurry pump company in Augusta, GA and other dredge equipment suppliers from Europe (see OEM Sales). Our expertise includes pumping solids in pipeline ranging from 6” to 36” diameter with lengths up to 20 miles long.

Hagler Systems is first and foremost engineers providing engineered solutions. A typical project might entail pipeline system analysis for the customer followed by selling the customer a custom built portable pump booster station consisting of 1750 HP Engine, Gear Box, Torsional Coupling, Clutch and large Slurry Pump. The entire unit typically will weigh more that 100,000 lbs. Additionally we also design and build control systems to operate the unit remotely.

Our on-site manufacturing allows us not only to have close collaboration between engineering and manufacturing to ensure a well-engineered and well-built product, but also allows HSI to
provide existing customers fabrication services, repair work, and custom-machined parts. The manufacturing department also stays busy working for local companies outside of the dredging and mining industries.
